Shipping policy

This policy explains how orders placed in the online stores operated by Dunessa LLC ("Dunessa", "we", "us") are processed and delivered.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it ships.

Delivery times

After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 7–12 business days
• Europe and United Kingdom: 8–15 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen because of carrier issues, customs, weather or high demand. Items in one order may be shipped from different locations and arrive in separate packages.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. We email you a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 3 business days to show updates.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost, unless stated at checkout.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate it and, if it is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Where we ship

We ship to most countries worldwide. If we cannot ship to your country, you will be informed at checkout.
